Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. Size Chart We want to make sure you get the right size and fit when you order shoes from us. Some shoes run small, large, narrow or wide and we have done our best to indicate that. If you are unsure, you can email us and ask for the exact measurements of the inside and outside of any shoe. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. Orders ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 1PM PST will process the next business day and orders placed on Friday after 1PM PST will process on the following Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by UPS. Domestic Delivery UPS Ground charges are $15 for the first item and $3 for each additional item shipped to the same address. UPS 2nd Day Air charges are $25 for the first item and $6 for each additional item shipped to the same address. UPS Next Day Air charges are $40 for the first item and $12 for each additional item shipped to the same address. You will be notified by email if additional payment is needed. International Shipping All International shipping costs, insurance and delivery time vary so you will be notified via email on approximate shipping costs and delivery time. International orders will be shipped once payment is processed and verified. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. UPS Standard (to UPS Worldwide Express Saver, UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express provide customs- cleared delivery to more than 50 destination countries. Parisa & Co. Inc. and parisastyle.com are not responsible for custom clearances, taxes, duties, tariffs or any other applicable charges. Please contact your local Customs Office to assess the cost of importing goods to your country. Return to Sender If your package is returned to us or you refuse any shipment from parisastyle.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you (on both the original and return shipments), any duties, taxes and custom charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to parisastyle.com and Parisa & Co. Inc. Return & Exchange Policy All returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days from delivery date of your order for a full refund or online store credit. Any items returned after 14 days will be sent back to the customer. On Sale items and accessories including handbags may be returned for online store credit only. Final Clearance items are non-returnable. Return of merchandise is acceptable only when the item has not been worn, damaged or altered in any way with all tags attached. Merchandise must be in original condition, can not show any signs of wear and sent back in original packaging. For shoes and boots, place the return in the original manufacturer¿s shoebox with tissue and any contents that it came with. Please do not use the manufacturer¿s shoebox as a shipping container. *We suggest trying on your shoes indoors and on a carpet. We will credit your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise being returned (shipping charges are not refunded). Please insure your package and get a tracking number with the shipping company of your choice, as parisastyle.com or Parisa & Co. Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
